Business Trip in May

This blog was originally written as a 7 part story. I am combining all parts here.

I've been looking forward to this trip, although I have mixed feelings about going through with my plans in the way I imagine it. Well, let's see what happens!

The morning started well - family time!

I started working from home and then went for a run. Before the run I had to go number 2 (in the potty), but I didn't want any pee to come out, so I used a clamp to prevent that while pooping. It worked very well: not a drop came out while I had my bladder completely in pee mode. Only when I put on the diaper and released the clamp after pointing my penis into the diaper, a small squirt came out.

My running outfit consisted of an Abena Abri-Flex, a short sleeve bodysuit, a pair of black leggings and a T-Shirt. I started the run with a good slow pee. After about 30 minutes I could feel the rash coming on from the chafing of the diaper against my thighs.

I felt nice and babyish as I noticed that the seem of the leggings kept slipping down, revealing the yellow bodysuit/onesie from poking out under my T-Shirt down to my hips.

Next comes cooling down while getting some more work done, and then a shower (while clamped) with subsequent re-diapering, getting dressed and packing...

Showered and dressed:
* Abri-Form Original X-Plus (M4) with plastic backing
* Yellow plastic pants
* Black wool tights with braided ribbed pattern
* Black mock turtleneck long sleeve bodysuit
* Black crop pants (ladies)
* Green scoop neck long sleeve T-shirt (ladies, Landsend)
* Brown slip-on shoes

Now it's time to pack.

Stop-over on my outbound flight.

I am having good fun with my outfit. More than 99% of people don't even notice. It's mostly women that take a second look at my T-shirt. A wide scoop neck and the bright green color is just not as common on men as it is on women. Besides, it's a nice T-shirt!

I was unable to pee while sitting down, even though the pressure was immense. Once out of the airplane I had the hardest time emptying my bladder.

I had to change my diaper in the men's room (and do a little number 2).

More to come.

The stop-over got more interesting with severe weather delays, then a tornado warning with evacuation of the airplane.

Meanwhile I was happily wearing my thick Abena, wool tights, leotard and genderbending T-shirt. I like it! And then again, I am actually nervous and even apprehensive about running into someone from work. Sometimes I dream of switching careers to a field that's on the margins of society and where genderbending and such behavior is accepted...

I have now arrived at my hotel. Once in my room I have not changed diapers because the Abena is not anywhere near capacity. I left the plastic pants on and changed into my onesie from Privatina with the cute gather in the small of my back and shoulder buttons. Unfortunately I didn't have space in my carry-on for the footed fleece sleeper from Privatina, which I had been looking forward to wearing at the hotel, envisioning a trip to the front desk to purchase a small excuse for parading through the hotel in my sleeper. But oh well, the onesie and the crop pants will have to do instead.

It's always interesting how wearing diapers and crossdressing is hugely distracting in the beginning, but becomes routine after a few hours. I had a great conversation with the person sitting next to me on the second flight today without any awkwardness.

But now it's time to go to bed. I have meetings in the morning.

A relatively uneventful night. The Abena M4 has amazing capacity, and the Suprima 1212 plastic pants do a very good job at containing the leakage when the diaper reaches its capacity.

Shower with clamp, then off to my meetings. I was wearing Abena Abriform Flex, wool tights, bodysuit, dress shirt and a smart business suit, of course.

The meeting went very well, particularly that I got to pee while standing in front of a whole room of very serious business people. Lol.

Ok, so I got through the day with just a single change: in the afternoon I switched to the Abena M2 (doesn't require as much undressing as the Flex) that I had in my brief case. (I have stopped bringing an extra bag to hide and carry my diaper into the bathroom. Instead I just fold them once and hold them discretely. I have so far never see given them as much as a second look. So I did the same here: opened my brief case under the table, took out the M2, folded it once and went out to the bathroom.)

In the evening I went out with colleagues: Abena M4, plastic pants, no tights (too warm), jeans, long sleeve leotard, polo shirt with the sleeves of the leotard showing. Lots of beer and good use of my diaper.

The night was pretty much a repeat of the night before. Except I didn't wake up as much when peeing as the night before. It always takes me a few days to go from completely waking up when peeing at night to just barely waking up and letting go.

I had breakfast brought to my room and completely forgot that my plastic pants were hanging to dry from the curtain rods. The waiter must have seen them, I realized afterward.

On my flight back today I wore the same outfit as on the outbound flight. I am still puzzled why I don't get any more stares. Here is the link a picture of it: http://www.landsend.com/pp/LongSleev...193413_59.html and here's the link to the color I wore: http://www.landsend.com/pp/SolidLong...199304_-1.html

And then, when I sit down, the crop pants slide up enough to reveal the fact that what appears to be knee high socks actually extends above the knee. I pick up on things like this out of the corner of my eyes, but oh well, that's just not everyone's thing. Lol.

Anyway, it was fun and relaxing. Diaper change on my stop-over.

From the airport I went to my dermatologist appointment (full body skin check). Before undressing I told the assistant that I have problems with continence and that I was therefore going to be wearing a device. She said ok and left me to get ready. The doctor examined me (head to toe) and when she got to my crotch, she simply said: "Oh, I see what you mean" as her assistant must have relayed to her something about a device she didn't understand. And that was it. When she saw the sore spots on my inner thighs and I explained that they are from chafing, she recommended a moisturizing creme. When examining my penis and scrotum she simply picked it up by the shaft, avoiding the clamp. She did a small biopsy on my back.

Afterward I got dressed and left. A taxi took me home.

End of trip.

Travel plans

Plan for my business trip next week:
  • Take as little "conventional" clothes as possible. I.e. the only "conventional guy" clothes I want to bring are those that my colleagues will see: dress shirts, suit and dress shoes. Everything else I will take only my "special clothes". That means I won't be bringing men's underwear, no socks, no men's clothes to exercise or travel in.
  • Travel clothes (cross-country daytime flight): diaper, plastic pants, wool tights, mock turtleneck leotard, lady's crop pants (to show off my tights), a jacket.
  • I am also considering wearing a long leg unitard so that I cannot easily take off my diaper until I get to my hotel.
  • Once I get to my destination and go to the office there, I will wear: diaper, onesie, tights, pant liner, dress shirt, suit, dress shoes.
  • When exercising I will wear a leotard and leggings. Hm. I need to find a solution for socks when exercising. Should I wear tights instead? More to come...
I am excited!

Regular work-from-home day

Ah, the kids are finally at school!

What am I wearing today:
  • Abena Abri-Flex pullups (XPMedical)
  • a pair of black woll/cotton tights (Macy's)
  • a long black pant liner (JCPenny)
  • a brown long-sleeve mock turtleneck bodysuit (www.bodysuit.com)
  • long pants and a v-neck sweater (boring guy stuff)
I love the pant liner over the tights, as it allows my pants to glide freely.

I absolutely love feeling the bulge of diaper between my leg.

Wearing women's clothes

Where is the limit between wearing unconventional clothes and crossdressing? This is a question I am always struggling with. I want to believe that it is acceptable and maybe even my duty to push the envelope of generally accepted conventions of what clothes men can wear.

Case in point: I want to wear clothes that expose the tights I am wearing. I could wear a skirt (too much in-your-face), shorts (looks odd) or crop pants. So I choose crop pants that extend below my knees.

Let's see what's happening.

Dry Comforts diapers at the office

On Monday I had a regular work day at the office. I went dressed in boring conventional clothes. Some time toward the middle of the morning I remembered that I had ordered a bag of the most noisy or crinkly diapers that the postings on ADISC suggested. I went to the mail room and sure enough there was the box for me. I took it to my office, opened it, took out a diaper, went to the bathroom and put it on. At that point I was wearing slacks with only the diaper underneath.

Walking around the office I tried to assess how much the noise of the diaper was audible by others. After an hour of wearing the diaper while getting the usual work done (conference calls, walkign to a colleagues desk, getting water etc.) I took it off. It was so noisy! The crinkling was hardly any less noisy than if I had tied a plastic shopping bag around my bottom. Amazing.

Conclusion: Dry Comfort are the noisiest diapers around.
